What is TaskFlo?

TaskFlo is an AI-powered platform for planning, quoting, and managing real-world tasks and services. We help small businesses turn customer requests into tracked, scheduled work.

What we're building

Currently in active development: an AI receptionist that answers your business phone, captures customer requests via natural conversation, and creates Plans in TaskFlo automatically. Customers can also describe what they need by voice on your storefront page or by phone — same agent, same outcome.

TaskFlo is not yet generally available. We're working with a small number of design-partner businesses while we finish the platform.
