By texting our business number, you can start and manage a service request with our automated assistant over SMS. The assistant gathers the details needed to help with your request and confirms next steps. This is a two-way, conversational program — we only message you in response to a conversation you start.
Opt-in is consumer-initiated: you opt in by texting our business number first to begin a service request. You may also reply START or YES to resume messages after opting out.
Message frequency varies and depends on your conversation with us.
Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile carrier plan. We do not charge for the messages themselves.
Reply STOP (or STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT) at any time to stop receiving messages. You will receive a one-time confirmation and no further messages unless you opt back in by replying START.
